My day started out sour....literally. I went to grab a cup of coffee to sip on while drying my hair before work this morning and take my first swig only to gag and yell "YUCK!" 20 times. Yes, I had added expired milk into my LOVELY, virginal coffee...I had ruined it. Thank god I tried a cup before putting it into my travel mug and heading off to work. There's nothing worse than driving down the highway, looking at the sun over the fields, reaching for your mug and BLEEEECH your drive (and taste buds) are ruined. It was dated for today but I guess it was at 6am this morning..I missed the cut off.
I was pleasantly surprised at work with a lovely bouquet of flowers from my employer/staff in honour of Hygienists week. HOW NICE! I moved my big ole Sonicare toothbrush display down on the floor to display my beaUtiful flowers better. I LOVE flowers!!
Now I am home and listening to "Flushed Away" behind me for the umpteenth time. The kids really got onto this movie this weekend and since we have satellite, it comes on all day long (oh joy) It has it's good and bad points...kids driving me insane? throw it on, instant silence. Listening to a slug sing "Don't worry, be happy" was funny the first 10 times I heard it...now kinda drivin me.Hope everyone is well out in Blogville and stay tuned for my next post! I swear I will hook some of you YET!! hehe

My Dental Hygienist mentioned to my Dentist that she did not like the look of a growth by my eye. She also did not like the patch on the inside of my cheek. The patch inside my mouth was just a place where all the years of smoking a pipe caused a plaque. The spot under my eye was a cancer. I have her to thank for my good health now. God Bless all of you that work on our teeth. MUD
Oh my gosh that is a incredible story with a very happy ending!! It is such an easy thing to do (skin cancer screen) and not alot of people don't know that their hygienist even does one during their visit!
