I love a man in UNIFORM!!

So what is it about a man in uniform that gets women so worked up and bothered?? Could it be the strong confidence they exude or the underlying excitement and potential danger of their jobs.....or could it just be that it is the ONLY time you get to see the man in something other than a grey Costco T-shirt and jeans? I'm going to go for ALL of the above with special emphasis on the LAST one.

I don't know where it comes from but a very primal feeling arises when I see my husband in uniform. I want to jump his bones and do things to him that make ME the submissive one which is very UN-me. This goes a WAYS back for me. I always got kinda turned on by cops in particular. I remember going thru a road block one night when I was around 21 and the policeman doing the checks was around 30 and HOT. He kinda flirted with me and as I drove away I was like "DANG!! I need me a COP!! WHEW!!!"

Just a side note: I did not know what DH did when I first met him...the magic happened without my prior knowledge of his job. (it certainly didn't HURT tho!)

So he shows up today at lunchtime not in uniform, but in a protective lead vest because he is doing shooting qualifications at work. I tell you he could have been a big old chocolate, caramel sundae with whip cream all over him the way I looked at him!! If the kids weren't running around our kitchen ordering up grilled cheeses, I may have grilled HIS cheese..if ya know what I mean ;)

What makes me smile about this whole post is that I still find DH sexy even tho we've been together for almost 10 years now. I would have thought when I was 20 that the romance would have been long gone in our relationship by now but the fire is still there (thank GOD!) Hopefully he will get a job closer to home and can make house calls past bedtime......ok I need to wipe the screen off for the STEAM here. Hmmm....maybe I should go talk to him about that like...RIGHT NOW!!
